Payment Options
We accept EFT payments only. Please email proof of payment as this will speed up the delivery process.
Coupons
Each claimant is entitled to one coupon. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by Succulent Crush.
Each coupon is identified by a code and has different rewards. Coupons are valid for a limited time only and expire on the date specified in the email sent to the claimant by Succulent Crush.
Succulent Crush reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
Delivery & Shipping
Our supplier manufactures their own product and produces their products on demand and in smaller batches, which means quite simply that everything comes to your door fresh, clean and free of harmful preservatives.
We recommend/prefer doing bulk orders once or twice a month to cut down on logistics and courier costs, but we do accept orders out of our monthly scheduled bulk orders.We guarantee our customers that all orders will not take longer than 5 to 7 working days to be available/delivered from the day we place the bulk order.
We can ship your purchase via courier at an additional cost (please see prices on the check-out page once you have completed your online shopping). You also have the option to collect your order (free of charge) from our home-based office in Bellville.

You accept that for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery. Succulent Crush & Living Naturally cannot accept any responsibility for delays which may arise from postal strikes/busy periods Christmas etc, in instance like this please allow extra time for delivery.The charges are for standard shipping, without insurance. If you want to include insurance or send your order by express shipping, then tell us by email or in your order confirmation to inform us. We reserve the right to contact you should your order require an additional shipping amount – we will inform you of this prior to shipping.
Do we have a physical store
We do not have a physical store, we are an online store based in Bellville (Cape Town), but collections in Bellville can be arranged by contacting us via email at info@succulentcrush.co.za or selecting this option on the check-out page.
Return and Damage Policy
Should there be a problem with your purchase please make sure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. Damaged goods will be either replaced or refunded upon return receipt to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unopened at your expense. On receipt of the goods, we will refund you less a handling fee of 15%.

Succulent Crush & Living Naturally may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
