Description

The Cape May plant, also known as the Wild Buchu or Confetti Bush, grows in the mountains on the southern coastal region of South Africa.

Traditionally, Cape May essential oil has been used to relieve the aches and pains, such as body pain and sore throats associated with colds and flu.

Cape May oil is a diuretic, meaning it increases urination. In so doing it expels harmful toxins, such as excess salts and uric acids from the body.

Cape May essential is also an excellent insect repellent, keeping away insects like mosquitoes that carry harmful diseases, such as malaria.
