Follow the recipe below to make your own hand sanitizer:

• 100ml neutral gel
• 60ml colloidal silver
• 10ml glycerine
• 1000ml perfume base (contains alcohol)
• 20 30 drops of essential oil (utilize the anti-viral oils mentioned below)

Travel tip: If you are planning on travelling internationally, take a bottle of ti-tree essential oil with you and breathe it in from time to time. Ti-tree is both anti-viral and anti-bacterial.

A few anti-viral oils you can use include Ti-tree, Lemon, Origanum and Cinnamon Bark.
